We have specialized in sandblasted signs for the last 15 years, and offer the highest quality in design and finished product which includes our Matthews automotive finish done by our certified technician. This gives a high luster finish designed to last for years. We can sandblast most any media, including wood (primarily red cedar or redwood), stone, glass, and high density urethane foam. On most signs we suggest the foam as it is unaffected by heat, moisture, or rot, all of which can effect a wood sign. Depending on the thickness of the material 2 sided sandblasting is often done, primarily on commercial or business signage.

Again, the foam is the primary choice here as it is available in large sheets and can be cut to a specific size or laminated together for very large signs. Often getting good quality redwood or cedar is a problem, and as a rule is more expensive than the foam.

I'm sure you've seen a number of these types at golf course entrances or shopping centers. I feel the beauty of a sandblasted sign with it's depth and graining is unsurpassed. It adds an air of distinction to the signage. A variant of the sandblasted sign is the carved or routered sign. We have in house a CNC router which is capable of carving most any size or shape sign. Quite often you will see these signs with a gold leaf inlay on the copy. Again, these carved signs are available in wood or foam. We have done a number of custom glass etched projects over the years, which includes windows, shower doors, mirrors, and stemware. We've even done a few custom yacht windows with solid mahogany frames. Here you can let your imagination run wide and come up with some really nice looking etchings.

It goes without saying that we install what we create, and prefer to do so. Travel for installations is not a problem as we have installed signs all across eastern North Carolina and to the mountains in the west. A number of signs have been shipped out of state.

In addition to sandblasted and routered signs we offer a variety of other signage, including banners, vinyl, and wide format digital printed signs. We also offer individual raised lettering, (which has a lifetime warranty), to custom channel letters, backlit, and neon signs. Again, we install what we sell.

We can work from your design, or create a computerized design for you to assure that you get the sign you want.

Large volume printed signage is no problem. We routinely handle orders from as few as 25 to over a 1,000 this includes banners, decals, business cards, flyers, roadside, real estate, and political signs. Printing material includes cardboard, coroplast,(plastic corrugated middle with two smooth sides), aluminum, and vinyl. No order is too small or large. We will ship to most any destination. Designs are no problems and proofs are sent before any work is started. This is to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

We also offer screen printing and embroidery of clothing, and have access to a wide variety of brand names to choose from. We will work from your design or build one for you. Our vinyl signs are as varied as the material to put them one. Whether you want a door lettered or a large window advertisement, we have the material for the job. We carry a large selection of vinyl products in shop, and if we don't have want you want, we can get it in 2-3 days. Other substrates or materials that we use include aluminum, steel, MDO plywood of several varieties, alumacore, and Signabon, the last two having a plastic core, and two aluminum surfaces. We have a product that will fit most any sign application.

We also offer vehicle lettering and graphics for trucks, cars, trailers and boats. This can be done here at the shop or on location in most instances. Again, we will be happy to assist you with designing your project.
